These Terms govern your use of AZ Mobile Diesel Repair ("AZMDR," "we," "us") services, including service requests, repairs, invoicing, and our SMS messaging program.
1. Service Description
AZMDR provides mobile diesel repair services to commercial truck operators and fleet customers across Arizona. We dispatch a technician to your vehicle's location to perform diagnosis and repair work.
2. Service Requests
When you request service, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, your location, and the issue. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent service delivery.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on parts, labor, and travel time, quoted per job
- Payment is due upon completion of work, via Stripe
- We reserve the right to charge a service call fee if a customer cancels after a technician has been dispatched
4. SMS Messaging Program
By opting in to SMS messages — either by checking the consent box on our service request form at https://app.azmobiledieselrepair.com/help, or by giving verbal consent during a phone call — you agree to receive transactional text messages from AZ Mobile Diesel Repair related to your active service request.

Program Description
Transactional service updates including dispatch confirmation, technician arrival ETA, parts-availability updates, invoice delivery, and replies to status questions. Not a marketing program.
Example message: "AZMDR: Tech is en route. ETA 35 min at I-10/Loop 202. Reply STOP to opt out."
Message Frequency
Varies. Typically 3–10 messages per service request, depending on job complexity.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to all messages sent to and from us.
To Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. By opting in, you also acknowledge Twilio's role as our messaging carrier.
Carrier Liability and Consent
Wireless carriers (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, AZMDR's total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
