You may use the form below to opt in to transactional SMS messages from AZ Mobile Diesel Repair ("AZMDR") related to your active service request. Example message: "AZMDR: Tech is en route. ETA 35 min at I-10/Loop 202. Reply STOP to opt out."
Message Frequency
Typically 3–10 messages per service request, depending on job complexity.
Message and Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to all messages sent to and from us.
To Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, then no further messages.

Carrier Liability and Consent
