TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling and using AZ Mobile Diesel Repair services (referred to as "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Service Description

AZ Mobile Diesel Repair provides mobile diesel mechanic services including but not limited to:

• Emergency mobile roadside assistance
• On-site diesel repair and maintenance
• Mobile tire services
• Engine diagnostics and repair
• Fleet maintenance services

3. On-Site Assessment and Work Orders

All services are subject to on-site assessment. Final pricing, scope of work, and service timeline will be determined after our technician evaluates your vehicle(s) on-site. A detailed work order will be provided before any work begins, which must be approved by the customer.

The on-site assessment includes:

• Visual inspection of the reported issue
• Diagnostic testing as needed
• Identification of required parts and labor
• Preparation of detailed cost estimate
• Estimated completion time

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing includes:

• Service Call Fee: Covers travel to your location and initial assessment
• Labor Charges: Based on industry standard hourly rates
• Parts and Materials: Marked up from wholesale cost
• Emergency Service Premium: Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday service

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Fleet accounts may be eligible for NET terms.

5. Service Warranty

AZ Mobile Diesel Repair warrants labor performed for a period of 90 days from the date of service. Parts are warrantied according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.

Warranty coverage excludes:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to accident, misuse, or neglect
• Modifications made after our service
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original work order

6. Liability Limitations

AZ Mobile Diesel Repair's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Towing fees or rental vehicle costs (except when explicitly included in service)
• Cargo or load damage
• Delays in service due to parts availability or weather conditions

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate information about vehicle issues
• Ensure safe access to the vehicle
• Secure cargo and remove valuables before service
• Have authority to approve work on the vehicle
• Make prompt payment for services rendered

8. Safety and Compliance

All services are performed in compliance with applicable DOT regulations and safety standards. Customers must maintain a safe work environment for our technicians, including adequate lighting and heat/protection when possible.

For on-highway breakdowns, we coordinate with ADOT for safe shoulder access. Customers must maintain adequate visibility (hazard lights on) and safety positioning of disabled vehicles.

9. Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel a scheduled service call:

• Cancellations more than 1 hour before the scheduled arrival time: No charge
• Cancellations less than 1 hour before scheduled arrival: Service call fee applies
• Cancellations after technician arrives on-site: Full service call fee charged

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Service Area

Our services are available within our designated service area around Phoenix Metro (approximately 50-mile radius). Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard radius. Service to remote locations is subject to availability and may require advance scheduling.

12. Changes to Terms

AZ Mobile Diesel Repair reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
